This Privacy Policy explains how Thirdfeed Technologies Private Limited (“Retap AI”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit our website or use our application at app.retap.ai (the “Service”). We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up or sign in we collect your name and email address through your chosen sign-in method (email magic link, Google, or Microsoft).
• Content you provide. Messages, files, and other content you submit to the Service in order for us to deliver its features.
• Usage and device data. Pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and similar diagnostic data.
• Cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for the analytics cookies we use and how to manage them.
• Connected account data. If you connect a third-party account such as Google Ads, Google Analytics or Meta ads, the data described in sections 6 and 7.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
• To authenticate you and manage your account.
• To understand product usage and improve features and performance.
• To respond to your requests and provide support.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract (providing the Service you request); your consent (for non-essential analytics cookies, which you may withdraw at any time); and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Service.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use a limited set of analytics tools -- Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, and PostHog -- to understand how the website and application are used. On the website, Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept it in our cookie banner, and you can change that choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. 5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers (sub-processors) who help us run the Service, under contracts that require them to protect it. These include:

• Google Cloud Platform and Firebase -- hosting, authentication, and analytics.
• Google Analytics -- website usage analytics.
• PostHog -- product analytics and session diagnostics.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

6. Google user data

When you connect a Google Ads or Google Analytics account, we access its data through the Google Ads API or the Google Analytics APIs with your permission.

• What we access: Google Ads reporting data (campaigns, ads, keywords and performance metrics), Google Analytics reporting data for the properties you can access (traffic, engagement and conversion metrics), and your Google account name and email.
• How we use it: only to provide reporting and analytics in the Service. We only read data and never change your Google Ads or Google Analytics accounts.
• How we store it: access credentials are encrypted. Data is stored securely in Google Cloud and your connected data warehouse.
• How we share it: we do not sell or share it with anyone.
• Deletion: you can disconnect at any time in the Service or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We then stop accessing your account and delete the stored credentials.

Retap AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Meta ads data

When you connect a Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad account, we access its data through the Meta Marketing API with your permission.

• What we access: only the ad account data you give us access to when you connect, and your business account name.
• How we use it: only to provide reporting and analytics in the Service. We only read data and never create or change ads.
• How we store it: access credentials are encrypted. Data is stored securely in Google Cloud and your connected data warehouse.
• How we share it: we do not sell or share it with anyone.
• Deletion: you can disconnect at any time in the Service or remove Retap AI from your Meta business settings. We then stop accessing your account and delete the stored credentials. To request deletion of your Meta ads data, contact us at support@retap.ai.

8. International transfers

We are based in Bengaluru, India. Where personal data is transferred outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses.

9. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required it is deactivated or anonymised.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, request a copy of your data, and withdraw consent for analytics cookies. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@retap.ai. We may need to retain certain data to meet legal obligations.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures -- including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices -- to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

12. Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
