These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and application provided by Thirdfeed Technologies Private Limited (“Retap AI”, “we”, “us”) (the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retap AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory local consumer protection laws that apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where the changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you.
